How I resolve this error? 

Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1. 

The solution I followed is at :

Dynamics User Link

Step 1 :

You have to remove this property in Navision XMLPORT. For this Goto new line in XMLPORT and open Properties.

Step 2 :

Change format property to Variable text.
